Shipping

We ship our products from our China-based warehouse to customers all over the world. For goods in stock, we aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. For goods without stocks, shipping time will be discussed between buyer and seller before order confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping methods. We offer various shipping options at checkout,including by sea, by train, by airplane, by express etc.

Please note that delivery costs will not include import duties or taxes.

Returns and Refunds

We can agree to return the purchased goods and refunds based on following conditions:

1, The delivered goods does not match with order requests.

2, There have quality defective in the delivered goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you  instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.

Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
