USA Customer Case – Electric UTV Conversion Project

One of our customers in the USA recently completed an electric conversion project for a 4WD utility buggy using our 10KW electric motor system.

Originally, the vehicle was equipped with a 50KW gasoline engine. To achieve better torque performance while keeping the system lightweight and cost-effective, the customer selected a 10KW electric motor and optimized the pulley ratio to create additional gear reduction.

The final result exceeded expectations. The converted UTV is now able to successfully carry heavy loads of firewood up very steep hills while maintaining reliable performance.
