Electric Power Steering
The EPS system is based on the mechanical steering system and applies the latest electronic technology and high-performance motor control technology to the automotive steering system.
EPS is composed of a torque sensor, an electronic control unit, a power amplifier module, and a power assist motor.
The electronic control unit calculates the required steering assistance based on the signals output by each sensor and controls the rotation of the assist motor through a power amplification module.
The output of the motor increases torque through the reduction mechanism, which drives the gear and rack mechanism to generate corresponding steering assistance.
