- The overall appearance of the assembly should be free from obvious damage, rust, and peeling paint. The nameplate identification should be correct and secure, with the casing being smooth, without cracks, and free from flying wire phenomena. All plugins should be firmly in place without deformation, ensuring good contact.
- Gas storage tank capacity: 2 liters.
- The inlet valve should allow an air pressure of 0.2MPa, maintaining pressure for 15 seconds, with a pressure drop not exceeding 0.2KPa.
- When the vacuum pressure is less than -45 to -50kPa, the DJ7021-6.3-21 two-wire connection should be established, and the motor should operate. When the vacuum pressure is greater than -75 to -80kPa, the DJ7021-6.3-21 two-wire connection should be disconnected, and the motor should cease operation.
- Operating environment temperature: -40°C to 80°C.
