How we choose a suitable power of motor?—Normally we will consider original fuel engine power, torque,rotation speed, front or rear drive, cooling type…..
Just take Autin Mini Copper 1964 for reference: Horsepower: 76hp/57kw Maximum torque: 107Nm@5900rpm Drive wheels: FWD Transmission gears: 4 speed manual
We recommend 144v rated 20kw/max 55kw AC induction motor, comes with max speed 6800RPM and max torque 230N.m., which is suitable to replace Mini Copper original engine. Customer can keep original 4 speed manual gearbox to get similar performance as fuel car as before.
In an oil-to-electricity kit, the motor controller plays a crucial role in BMW Mini Copper conversion : Motor speed and torque control. The motor controller regulates the speed and torque of the electric motor. It does this by adjusting the voltage and current supplied to the motor windings.

G20kw 144V kit is a suitable proposal for customers who converted Suzuki Carry. We also can provide economic version such as AC induction 15KW rated/30kw peak air cool motor, or stronger version PMSM liquid cool 25KW rated/45KW peak power.
Considering the limited space of BMW Mini Classic, the motor power can not be more than 30KW rated, because the system voltage will be more than 250V, then battery pack will be too big to be installed inside the car.

Yes, we provide all electronic parts for conversion. We also provide wire diagram system, each part user manual, so you will have no obstacles for installation and connection of the system.
Yes, we provide motor spline coupler and adapter plate to install motor to original transmisison. But the original transmission’s clutch need to get removed. If you want to keep clutch, you need modify the spline coupler to clutch a bit. Because we do not have car in hand, so we bought a old transmission without clutch to make the coupler and adapter kit.
We provide two years for battery, and one year warranty for other parts. We only use top grade quality products. If any parts failure from manufacturing issues, we provide repair parts for replacement.
If we have stocks ready to go, the lead time is one weeek after order confirmed. if we have no stocks, lead time might be 4 weeks after order confirmed.
After you have discussed with sales manager all details of the order, he or she will make proforma invoice with all details and bank accounts for payment, normally payment is through bank to bank T/T. Other payment ways are also flexible to accept after discussion.
